Once we have agreed a reservation we will hold that booking for five days while we wait for your deposit.  We regret we cannot accept payment over the phone by credit card.  Deposits can be paid by cheque, postal order or online by Pay Pal.  If you prefer you can pay the full amount online by Pay Pal.

You can check in to your room anytime after 3pm.  If you are likely to be arriving later than 6pm we ask that you let us know in advance. 

We request that you vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure.  All accounts must be settled before you depart.  We request that you settle your account in cash.

We will always do our best to accommodate the changing needs of our guests, however, should it be necessary to cancel your booking you will need to be aware of our policy.

If you cancel your booking less than three days from the reserved date we will not be able to refund your deposit
